cavity of the subject; a mouthpiece through which the subject in use exhales, the mouthpiece having an initial untranslated position; and a flexible coupling which couples the mouthpiece to the housing, wherein the flexible coupling is configured to
constrain movement of the mouthpiece relative to the nosepiece so that, when the mouthpiece is moved in relation to the nosepiece, the mouthpiece is translated asymmetrically relative to the nosepiece, and permitted movement of the mouthpiece relative to
the nosepiece is constrained to be greater in a first direction along a longitudinal axis of the nosepiece than in a second direction orthogonal to the nosepiece and facing the subject in use.
