Patent Claims:	1. Crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide has pharmaceutically acceptable stability. 2. The crystalline freebase of claim 1, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is an anhydrate. 3. The crystalline freebase of claim 1, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a hydrate. 4. The crystalline freebase of claim 3, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a hemihydrate. 5. The crystalline freebase of claim 1, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a solvate. 6. The crystalline freebase of claim 1, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide has low hygroscopicity as indicated by moisture sorption isotherm analysis. 7. The crystalline freebase of claim 1, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide does not substantially convert to an amorphous form upon storage. 8. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystalline freebase (3 S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 9. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a solid dosage form. 10. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is an anhydrate. 11. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a hydrate. 12. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a hemihydrate. 13. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a solvate. 14. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide has low hygroscopicity as indicated by moisture sorption isotherm analysis. 15. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide does not substantially convert to an amorphous form upon storage. 16. Crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is stable for 24 weeks at 40° C. and 75% relative humidity. 17. The crystalline freebase of claim 16, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is an anhydrate. 18. The crystalline freebase of claim 16, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a hydrate. 19. The crystalline freebase of claim 16, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a hemihydrate. 20. The crystalline freebase of claim 16, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a solvate. 21. The crystalline freebase of claim 16, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide has low hygroscopicity as indicated by moisture sorption isotherm analysis. 22. The crystalline freebase of claim 16, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide does not substantially convert to an amorphous form upon storage. 23. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystalline freebase (3 S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide of claim 16 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 24. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 23, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a solid dosage form. 25. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 23, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is an anhydrate. 26. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 23, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a hydrate. 27. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 23, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a hemihydrate. 28. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 23, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide is a solvate. 29. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 23, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide has low hygroscopicity as indicated by moisture sorption isotherm analysis. 30. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 23, wherein the crystalline freebase (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazin-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxamide does not substantially convert to an amorphous form upon storage.
