Patent Claims:1. A method of treating Raynaud's phenomenon, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of botulinum toxin type B to a subject in need thereof, wherein said botulinum toxin type B is injected to sites between fingers and at the external sides of metacarpophalangeal joints of the first and fifth fingers of the subject.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said botulinum toxin type B is injected to the subject at a dose of 200 to 400 units per one injection.
