Patent Claims: 1. An aqueous glycopyrrolate solution comprising: a racemic mixture of: (R)-3-((S)-2-cyclopentyl-2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetoxy)-1,1-dimethylpyrrolidi- nium 4-methylbenzenesulfonate, and (S)-3-((R)-2-cyclopentyl-2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetoxy)-1,1-dimethylpyrrolidi- nium 4-methylbenzenesulfonate, about 0.15% by weight anhydrous citric acid, about 0.06% by weight sodium citrate dihydrate, and between about 57 to about 59.5% by weight of dehydrated ethanol, wherein: the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is between about 1% and about 6%; and the pH of said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is between 3.5 and 5.5.

2. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is between about 1% and about 4%.

3. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is between about 1.25% and about 4%.

4. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is between about 2.5% and about 3.75%.

5. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is between about 4.1% and about 4.6%.

6. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is about 1.25%.

7. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is about 2.4%.

8. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is about 2.5%.

9. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is about 3.75%.

10. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, further comprising povidone as a binding agent and a butyl ester of a polyvinylmethylether/maleic anhydride acid copolymer as a film-forming agent.

11. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution comprising a buffer comprising citric acid, sodium citrate, or a combination thereof.

12. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the pH of said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is between about 4.0 and 5.0.

13. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the pH of said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is about 4.5.

14. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the pH of said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is between about 4.0 and 4.7.

15. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the pH of said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is between about 4.1 and 4.6.

16. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 12, wherein the pH of said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is between about 4.0 and about 5.0 at 25.degree. C.

17. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is clear and colorless or pale yellow at a pH of between about 4.0 and about 5.0 at 25.degree. C.

18. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is about 2.5% and wherein the pH of said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is about 4.5.

19. A method of treating hyperhidrosis comprising topically administering a therapeutically effective amount of an aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1 to the skin of a mammal.

20. The method of claim 19, wherein said mammal is human.

21. The method of claim 19, wherein said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is applied to the axilla.

22. The method of claim 19, wherein said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is applied to the hands.

23. The method of claim 19, wherein said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is applied to the feet.

24. The method of claim 19, wherein said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is applied to the groin, face, back, or abdomen.

25. The method of claim 19, wherein said administering is with an absorbent pad.

26. The aqueous glycopyrrolate solution of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of said glycopyrrolate tosylate is about 2.4% and wherein the pH of said aqueous glycopyrrolate solution is about 4.5.

27. An absorbent pad containing the solution of claim 1.

28. The absorbent pad of claim 27, wherein the absorbent pad is polypropylene.

29. The absorbent pad of claim 27, wherein the absorbent pad is nonwoven 100% polypropylene.

30. The absorbent pad of claim 27, wherein the absorbent pad is in a pouch.

31. The absorbent pad of claim 30, wherein the pouch is a laminate containing aluminum foil as a layer.
