1. A method of treating cancer in a patient comprising administering to said patient a therapeutically effective amount of
3-(2,6-difluoro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-ethyl-8-(morpholin-4-ylmethyl)-1,3- ,4,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrrolo[3',2':5,6]pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-2-one, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein said cancer is selected from bladder cancer, breast
cancer, endometrial cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, adenocarcinoma, multiple myeloma, myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), esophageal cancer, head and neck cancer, glioblastoma, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and liver
cancer.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is bladder cancer. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is breast cancer. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is endometrial cancer. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is gastric cancer. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is lung cancer. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is non-small cell lung cancer. 8. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is adenocarcinoma. 9. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). 10. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is multiple myeloma. 11. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is esophageal cancer. 12. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is head and neck cancer. 13. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is glioblastoma. 14. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is ovarian cancer. 15. The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer is cervical cancer. 16.
