1. A method of treating prostate cancer comprising administering methylprednisolone and a daily dose of between 400 and 600 mg of abiraterone acetate, wherein the
abiraterone acetate is in the form of a tablet or a capsule and has a median particle size of 100 nm to 1000 nm on a volume average basis.
2. The method of claim 1 wherein the daily dose of abiraterone acetate is administered as a single dose. |
