Patent Claims:	1. A composition comprising compound 10 having the structure: ##STR00075## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and compound 6 having the structure: ##STR00076## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. The composition of claim 1, further comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier. 3. The composition of claim 1, formulated as a unit dosage form for once daily administration. 4. The composition of claim 1, formulated for oral administration. 5. The composition of claim 1, further comprising ribavirin. 6. A tablet comprising compound 10 having the structure: ##STR00077## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and compound 6 having the structure: ##STR00078## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 7. A composition consisting of two active ingredients and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier, wherein the two active ingredients are compound 10 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and compound 6 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and wherein compound 10 has the structure: ##STR00079## and compound 6 has the structure: ##STR00080## 8. The composition of claim 7, formulated as a unit dosage form for once daily administration. 9. The composition of claim 8, wherein the unit dose has 30 mg to 90 mg of compound 6 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and 10 mg to 1000 mg of compound 10 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 10. The composition of claim 8, wherein the unit dose has 90 mg of compound 6 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and 10 mg to 1000 mg of compound 10 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 11. The composition of claim 7, formulated for oral administration. 12. The composition of claim 7, formulated as a tablet for oral administration. 13. The composition of claim 8, formulated as a tablet for oral administration. 14. The composition of claim 9, formulated as a tablet for oral administration.
