1. A crystalline freebase of biphenyl-2-ylcarbamic acid 1-(2-{[4-(4-carbamoylpiperidin-1-ylmethyl)benzoyl]methylamino}ethyl)piper- idin-4-yl ester having a melting point of
about 125.degree. C.
2. A crystalline freebase of biphenyl-2-ylcarbamic acid 1-(2-{[4-(4-carbamoylpiperidin-1-ylmethyl)benzoyl]methylamino}ethyl)piper- idin-4-yl ester having a differential scanning calorimetry thermogram in accordance with that shown in FIG. 4. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and crystalline freebase of biphenyl-2-ylcarbamic acid 1-(2-{[4-(4-carbamoylpiperidin-1-ylmethyl)benzoyl]methylamino}ethyl)piper- idin-4-yl ester having a melting point of about 125.degree. C. 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and crystalline freebase of biphenyl-2-ylcarbamic acid 1-(2-{[4-(4-carbamoylpiperidin-1-ylmethyl)benzoyl]methylamino}ethyl)piper- idin-4-yl ester having a differential scanning calorimetry thermogram in accordance with that shown in FIG. 4. |
