Patent Claims: 1. A compound of Formula (I): ##STR00161## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: Q is a pyridin-2-yl, pyridin-3-yl, or pyridin-4-yl, each of which is substituted with one R.sup.a; R.sup.2, R.sup.3, and R.sup.4 are each hydrogen; Y is CH.sub.2; X is O or CH.sub.2; R.sup.5 is halo or OH; R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 together form oxo; R.sup.a is heteroaryl substituted with one to three R.sup.c; and each R.sup.c is independently selected from the group consisting of C.sub.1-8alkyl and haloC.sub.1-8 alkyl.

2. The compound of claim 1, wherein X is 0.

3. The compound of claim 1, wherein R.sup.5 is OH.

4. The compound of claim 1, wherein R.sup.a is substituted with one R.sup.c, and R.sup.c is C.sub.1-6alkyl or haloC.sub.1-6alkyl.

5. The compound of claim 2, wherein: Q is pyridin-3-yl substituted with one R.sup.a.

6. The compound of claim 5, wherein R.sup.a is heteroaryl having two nitrogen ring atoms.

7. The compound of claim 6, wherein R.sup.a is substituted with one R.sup.c, and R.sup.c is C.sub.1-6alkyl or haloC.sub.1-6alkyl.
