The method according to claim 1 , wherein said composition is formulated in a form selected from the group consisting of an injectable suspension claim 1 , a gel claim 1 , an oil claim 1 , a pill claim 1 , a suppository claim 1 , a powder claim 1 , a gel cap claim 1 , a capsule claim 1 , an aerosol claim 1 , and a galenic form or device assuring a prolonged and/or slow release.3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein elafibranor is administered orally once daily at a dose of 80 or 120 mg/day.4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein elafibranor is administered at a dose of 70 mg to 130 mg per administration.5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein elafibranor is administered at a dose of 80 mg per administration.6. The method according to claim 5 , wherein elafibranor is administered orally.7. The method according to claim 1 , wherein elafibranor is administered at a dose of 120 mg per administration.8. The method according to claim 7 , wherein elafibranor is administered orally.9. The method according to claim 1 , wherein elafibranor is administered orally once daily at a dose of 80 mg.10. The method according to claim 1 , wherein elafibranor is administered orally once daily at a dose of 120 mg.
