1. A method of treating breast cancer in a mammal comprising administering to said mammal an amount of a compound of formula I: ##STR00017## or a pharmaceutically acceptable

trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethylalkyl, trifluoromethylalkylaminoalkyl, amino, nitrile, mono- or dialkylamino, N-hydroxyacetamido, aryl, heteroaryl, carboxyalkyl.
2. The method according to claim 1 wherein the mammal is human. 3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the compound is selected from the group consisting of: 6-Acetyl-8-cyclopentyl-2-[5-(3,5-dimethyl-piperazin-1-yl
