A physiologically acceptable aqueous gel composition for once-daily treatment of common acne comprising anti-acne actives consisting of 0.1% adapalene and/or at least one pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, 2.5% dispersed benzoyl peroxide, and further comprising 4% acrylamide sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer/isohexadecane/polysorbate 80 gelling agent, said percentages being based on the weight of the total aqueous gel composition. |
