1. A compound of formula Ib: ##STR00037## wherein R.sup.4 is hydrogen or (1-4C)alkyl; q is 0, 1 or 2; R.sup.5 is independently selected from halo, (1-4C)alkyl and
(1-4C)alkoxy, wherein each alkyl and alkoxy group is optionally substituted with from 1 to 3 fluoro substituents; R.sup.7 is hydrogen or (1-4C)alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1. 3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2, wherein the composition further comprises a therapeutically effective amount of an agent selected from .beta..sub.2 adrenergic receptor agonists, steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitors, and combinations thereof. 4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3, wherein the composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of a .beta..sub.2 adrenergic receptor agonist and a steroidal anti-inflammatory agent. |
