1. A compound of the formula: ##STR00124##
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of an active ingredient, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, diluents or excipients, wherein said active ingredient is 5-({4-[(2,3-dimethyl-2H-indazol-6-yl)(methyl)amino]pyrimidin-2-yl}amino)-- 2-methylbenzenesulfonamide monohydrochloride. 3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 wherein the pharmaceutical composition is for oral administration. 4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2, wherein said pharmaceutical composition comprises at least one diluent. 5. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 wherein said pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one excipient. 6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising: (i) at least one diluent; (ii) at least one disintegrant; and (iii) 5-({4-[(2H-indazol-6yl)methyl)amino]pyrimidin-2yl}amino)-2-methylbenzenes- ulfonamide monohydrochloride. 7. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 6 further comprising at least one lubricant. 8. A method of treating a disorder in a human, wherein said disorder is selected from the group consisting of colon cancer and breast cancer, said method comprising administering to said human an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1. 9. The method of claim 8, further comprising administering to said human at least one additional anti-cancer therapy. 10. The method of claim 9, wherein said additional anti-cancer therapy is a pharmaceutical active agent. 11. The method of claim 9, wherein said additional anti-cancer therapy is selected from the group consisting of surgical therapy and radiotherapy. 12. A method of treating a disorder in a human, wherein said disorder is selected from the group consisting of colon cancer and breast cancer, said method comprising administering to said human a pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2. 13. The method according to claim 12 wherein said disorder is breast cancer. 14. The method according to claim 12 wherein said disorder is colon cancer. 15. The method according to claim 8 wherein said disorder is breast cancer. 16. The method according to claim 8 wherein said disorder is colon cancer. 17. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 wherein the pharmaceutical composition is for oral administration, and wherein said pharmaceutical composition comprises at least one diluent. 18. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 wherein the pharmaceutical composition is for oral administration, wherein said pharmaceutical composition comprises at least one diluent, and wherein said pharmaceutical composition comprises at least one excipient. 19. The method of claim 15, further comprising administering to said human at least one additional anti-cancer therapy. |
