Patent Claims:	1. A compound of the formula ##STR00030## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is in the form of a hydrate. 2. The compound of claim 1, wherein the compound is a free acid. 3. The compound of claim 1, wherein the compound is a pharmaceutically acceptable salt. 4. The compound of claim 3, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is an alkali metal salt. 5. The compound of claim 4, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is a sodium salt. 6. The compound of claim 5, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is a disodium salt. 7. The compound of claim 3, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is an alkaline earth metal salt. 8. The compound of claim 7, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is a calcium salt.
