Patent Claims:	1. A prefilled syringe comprising a liquid composition comprising a compound of formula III: ##STR00031## wherein A.sup.- is a suitable anion; wherein the prefilled syringe is substantially free of tungsten; and wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 190 ppm of a compound of formula II: ##STR00032## wherein X.sup.- is a suitable anion. 2. The prefilled syringe according to claim 1, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 190 ppm total of the compound of formula II and a compound of formula IV: ##STR00033## wherein: R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each independently C.sub.1-6 aliphatic; and X.sup.- is a suitable anion. 3. A prefilled syringe comprising a liquid composition comprising a compound of formula III-1: ##STR00034## wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 190 ppm of a compound of formula II-1: ##STR00035## 4. The prefilled syringe according to claim 3, comprising less than about 190 ppm total of compound II-1 and compound IV-1: ##STR00036## 5. The prefilled syringe according to claim 1, comprising 8 mg of compound III-1: ##STR00037## in 0.4 mL water, and compound II-1: ##STR00038## wherein compound II-1 is present in an amount of less than about 190 ppm. 6. The prefilled syringe according to claim 5, wherein the liquid composition further comprises 2.6 mg sodium chloride, 0.16 mg edetate calcium disodium, and 0.12 mg glycine hydrochloride. 7. The prefilled syringe according to claim 1, comprising 12 mg of compound III-1: ##STR00039## in 0.6 mL water, and compound II-1: ##STR00040## wherein compound II-1 is present in an amount of less than about 190 ppm. 8. The prefilled syringe according to claim 7, wherein the liquid composition further comprises 3.9 mg sodium chloride, 0.24 mg edetate calcium disodium, and 0.18 mg glycine hydrochloride. 9. A method comprising the steps of: (i) providing a prefilled syringe, substantially free from tungsten, comprising a unit dosage of a liquid composition comprising 8 mg or 12 mg of compound III-1: ##STR00041## in 0.4 mL or 0.6 mL water, and compound II-1: ##STR00042## wherein compound II-1 is present in an amount of less than about 190 ppm; and (ii) administering the unit dosage to a subject via subcutaneous injection. 10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the subject is suffering from opioid induced constipation. 11. The method according to claim 9, wherein the tungsten is present in an amount of less than 50 parts per billion. 12. The method according to claim 11, wherein the tungsten is present in an amount of less than 12 parts per billion. 13. The method according to claim 9, wherein the liquid composition further comprises edetate calcium disodium and glycine hydrochloride. 14. The prefilled syringe of claim 3, wherein the prefilled syringe is substantially free of tungsten. 15. The prefilled syringe of claim 1, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 187 ppm of the compound of formula II. 16. The prefilled syringe of claim 15, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 185 ppm of the compound of formula II. 17. The prefilled syringe of claim 15, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 150 ppm of the compound of formula II. 18. The prefilled syringe of claim 15, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 125 ppm of the compound of formula II. 19. The prefilled syringe of claim 15, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 100 ppm of the compound of formula II. 20. The prefilled syringe of claim 15, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 25 ppm of the compound of formula II. 21. The prefilled syringe of claim 2, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 187 ppm total of the compound of formula II and the compound of formula IV. 22. The prefilled syringe of claim 21, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 185 ppm total of the compound of formula II and the compound of formula IV. 23. The prefilled syringe of claim 21, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 150 ppm total of the compound of formula II and the compound of formula IV. 24. The prefilled syringe of claim 21, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 125 ppm total of the compound of formula II and the compound of formula IV. 25. The prefilled syringe of claim 21, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 100 ppm total of the compound of formula II and the compound of formula IV. 26. The prefilled syringe of claim 21, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 25 ppm total of the compound of formula II and the compound of formula IV. 27. The prefilled syringe of claim 3, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 187 ppm of the compound of formula II-1. 28. The prefilled syringe of claim 27, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 185 ppm of the compound of formula II-1. 29. The prefilled syringe of claim 27, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 150 ppm of the compound of formula II-1. 30. The prefilled syringe of claim 27, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 125 ppm of the compound of formula II-1. 31. The prefilled syringe of claim 27, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 100 ppm of the compound of formula II-1. 32. The prefilled syringe of claim 27, wherein the liquid composition comprises less than about 25 ppm of the compound of formula II-1. 33. The prefilled syringe of claim 4, comprising less than about 187 ppm total of the compound of formula II-1 and the compound of formula IV-1. 34. The prefilled syringe of claim 33, comprising less than about 185 ppm total of the compound of formula II-1 and the compound of formula IV-1. 35. The prefilled syringe of claim 33, comprising less than about 150 ppm total of the compound of formula II-1 and the compound of formula IV-1. 36. The prefilled syringe of claim 33, comprising less than about 125 ppm total of the compound of formula II-1 and the compound of formula IV-1. 37. The prefilled syringe of claim 33, comprising less than about 100 ppm total of the compound of formula II-1 and the compound of formula IV-1. 38.
