1. A composition comprising compound (B), ##STR00038##
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of less than 0.30% by weight of the composition. 3. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of from about 0.01% to about 0.15% by weight of the composition. 4. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of from about 0.02% to about 0.15% by weight of the composition. 5. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, or a combination thereof. 6. The composition according to claim 5, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography. 7. The composition according to claim 5, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography in combination with mass spectrometry. 8. The composition according to claim 2, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, or a combination thereof. 9. The composition according to claim 8, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography. 10. The composition according to claim 8, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography in combination with mass spectrometry. 11. The composition according to claim 3, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, or a combination thereof. 12. The composition according to claim 11, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography. 13. The composition according to claim 11, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography in combination with mass spectrometry. 14. The composition according to claim 4, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, or a combination thereof. 15. The composition according to claim 14, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography. 16. The composition according to claim 14, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography in combination with mass spectrometry. 17. A composition comprising compound (B): ##STR00039## and propane-1-sulfonic acid {3-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl]-2,4-difluor- o-phenyl}-amide. 18. The composition according to claim 17, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of less than 0.30% by weight of the composition. 19. The composition according to claim 17, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of from about 0.01% to about 0.15% by weight of the composition. 20. The composition according to claim 17, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of from about 0.2% to about 0.15% by weight of the composition. 21. The composition according to claim 17, wherein said propane-1-sulfonic acid {3-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl]-2,4-difluor- o-phenyl}-amide is present in an amount of greater than 99% by weight of the composition. 22. The composition according to claim 18, wherein said propane-1-sulfonic acid {3-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl]-2,4-difluor- o-phenyl}-amide is present in an amount of greater than 99% by weight of the composition. 23. The composition according to claim 19, wherein said propane-1-sulfonic acid {3-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl]-2,4-difluor- o-phenyl}-amide is present in an amount of greater than 99% by weight of the composition. 24. The composition according to claim 20, wherein said propane-1-sulfonic acid {3-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl]-2,4-difluor- o-phenyl}-amide is present in an amount of greater than 99% by weight of the composition. 25. A composition comprising: (a) a mixture of compound (B): ##STR00040## and propane-1-sulfonic acid {3-[5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl]-2,4-difluor- o-phenyl}-amide; and (b) a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. 26. The composition according to claim 25, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of less than 0.30% by weight of the mixture. 27. The composition according to claim 25, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of from about 0.01% to about 0.15% by weight of the mixture. 28. The composition according to claim 25, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of from about 0.02% to about 0.15% by weight of the mixture. 29. A composition comprising compound (B): ##STR00041## and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. 30. The composition according to claim 29, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of less than 0.30% by weight of the composition. 31. The composition according to claim 29, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of from about 0.01% to about 0.15% by weight of the composition. 32. The composition according to claim 29, wherein said compound (B) is present in an amount of from about 0.02% to about 0.15% by weight of the composition. 33. The composition according to claim 29, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, or a combination thereof. 34. The composition according to claim 33, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography. 35. The composition according to claim 33, wherein said compound (B) in the composition is detectable by high performance liquid chromatography in combination with mass spectrometry. 36.
