The compound of claim 1, wherein R.sub.b is C.sub.1, C.sub.2, C.sub.3, C.sub.4, C.sub.5, or C.sub.6 alkoxy. 6. The compound of claim 1, wherein R.sub.b is ##STR00315## wherein W is H, C.sub.1, C.sub.2, C.sub.3, C.sub.4, C.sub.5, or C.sub.6 alkyl, or C.sub.1, C.sub.2, C.sub.3, C.sub.4, C.sub.5, or C.sub.6 alkyl-aryl; and V is a bond, --CH.sub.2--, --CH.sub.2CH.sub.2--, --CH.sub.2CH.sub.2CH.sub.2--, --O--CH.sub.2--, --OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2--, or --OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2CH.sub.2--. 7. The compound of claim 6, wherein V is a bond. 8. The compound of claim 1, wherein X.sub.a is N, X.sub.b is CR.sub.b, X.sub.c is CR.sub.c, X.sub.d is CR.sub.d and X.sub.e is CR.sub.e. 9. The compound of claim 1, wherein said compound is a pharmaceutically acceptable salt. 10. A composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. 11.
