Patent Claims: |
1. A method of treating cystic fibrosis comprising administering to a patient (i) a compound of the formula: ##STR00847## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and (ii) a
compound that is a cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) potentiator.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) potentiator is N-(5-hydroxy-2,4-ditert-butyl-phenyl)-4-oxo-1H-quinoline-3-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising (i) a compound of the formula: ##STR00848## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; (ii) a compound that is a cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) potentiator; and (iii) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. |
